Glastonbury Festival 2025 line-up announced: Olivia Rodrigo, The 1975 and Charli XCX to headline

The line-up for Glastonbury 2025 has been announced – with US pop star Olivia Rodrigo and British band The 1975 headlining this summer’s edition. They will be joined by five-time Brit Award winner Charli XCX – who will top the bill on the festival’s second stage on Saturday 28 June.

Rodrigo, 22, becomes the second-youngest headliner of all time, after Billie Eilish, who was 20 when she topped the bill in 2022.

The şenlik will return to Worthy Farm in Pilton, Somerset from June 25 to 29, and will mark the debut Glastonbury performances by Alanis Morisette, Noah Kahan, Gracie Abrams and US rap phenomenon Doechii, who recently won Best Rap Album at this year’s Grammys.

Rock legend Neil Young has already been announced as the Saturday night headliner, with Rod Stewart playing the Sunday afternoon “legend slot”.

Returning Glasto acts include Fatboy Slim, Wolf Alice, The Libertines, Biffy Clyro, Wet Leg and Scissor Sisters. Elsewhere across the weekend are the likes of Gary Numan, Ezra Collective, Kneecap, Deftones, RAYE, St. Vincent, Kae Tempest, Weezer, Future Islands, Self Esteem, CMAT and Jorja Smith.

Organisers have promised that “many more acts and attractions (are) still to be announced” in the coming months.

Frustratingly, general tickets – which cost a whopping £373.50 (€446) plus a £5 booking fee – already sold out in 35 minutes, with the şenlik using a queuing system on purchase day for the first time. A limited number of tickets will be available next month.

Glastonbury will take a “fallow year” next year to allow the farmland to recover before returning in 2027.

Glastonbury 2025 will take place from 25 – 29 June.
