The one day walk out has already left thousands of flights grounded at hubs including Berlin, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf and Munich.
The call comes as the airline sues a passenger for €15,000 after they caused a flight to be diverted.
The budget airline has warned this will not be the last time it goes to court over unacceptable behaviour on its aircraft.
